Boxes were labeled light globes from living room and globes from dining room etc. These were marked dining room. The shape of these is very unique. All four will ring like a bell, there is presence of straw marks (used by manufactures to test to see if glass had set), the fitter end and bottom has been sanded to finish, in the right light they have a slight tinge of carnival glass, rainbow effect look.

Up for consideration is a set of 5 French Gothic Light fixtures. The fixtures measure 30″ inches in diameter and stand 17″ inches in height without the chains. At present there are 4 chains that gather at the top and are connected to one large iron ring. There is also another 6 feet of single chain that goes with each fixture. As you see it in the photos the fixtures measure around 72 inches in height with the chain. There are 6 lights above the fixture and about 8 lights inside the fixture and 1 large central light. That is a total of 15 lights. However there are some old speakers inside in the fixtures just 2 small ones… The fixtures were working when salvaged however they do need to be checked and possibly rewired before installation. The fixtures sport their original grey coloration with gold painted highlights including French Fleur de Lis motifs on the bottom portion. Please note the photos were taken outside hence they look a bit darker in the shade and a bit lighter when the sun passed through the top. The gold stands out more also. Another interesting thing about these is that they have wonderful jeweled or colored glass inserts throughout the fixture so when lit the jewels light up. There are some concentric rings like a round grill that fits over each light opening on the main light as well as the along the bottom of the larger round portion. I believe there is only enough to complete 3 fixtures so there are some that are missing. Overall they have some great decorative appeal. They have wonderful Gothic jeweled inserts that make them stand out from your ordinary fixture… Likewise the overall coloration works well together. The chains are all grey coloration also. And of which the length of chains and or chain can be adjusted to suit your particular application. If you have any questions or something to share please message me… B e s t R eg a rd s.
